Rentals and Reservations
The Lerner Health and Wellness Center permits George Washington University organizations, departments, and all individual patrons to reserve sports equipment for events and functions. Equipment Requests should include the quantity and type of equipment and must be submitted to the Equipment Issue Desk at least 7 days prior to the event. Sporting equipment is reserved free of charge. All standard replacement fees will apply if any equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen. Sports equipment reservations are on a first come, first served basis and therefore the LHWC cannot guarantee the availability of all sporting equipment requested.

Racquetball and Squash courts are available for use during LHWC operating hours. All reservations will be made through our online reservation system. You must have a valid membership to The Lerner Health and Wellness Center to utilize our racquet courts. Doors to all courts will remain locked when not reserved/in-use. Badminton and Table Tennis are available between 8am and 3pm. Requests may be submitted to the Manager on Duty at the time of play; permission is subject to schedule and space availability.
Spring 2019 Semester rates must be purchased by February 1, 2019.

2nd floor of LHWC.
