Campus Recreation offers various programs to promote health and fitness for GW students and LHWC members. Workout in our state-of-the-art fitness center, take a group fitness class or weight train with a personal trainer. Most importantly, have fun and get fit! No matter what your fitness goals are, we have something to help you reach that accomplishment.
