Class Descriptions

To purchase a group fitness pass and/or register for classes, please visit the DSE platform here.  

Most classes will be held in the Multipurpose Room on the 2nd floor of the Lerner Health and Wellness Center, and a few (as indicated on the schedule) will be held on the P3 level of the facility.
