Wellness Programs

Wellness is a life experience! All of the "parts and pieces" of your life should be in balance to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Wellness doesn't only refer to clinical health; it is a dynamic process of change and growth. There are many interrelated dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, and environmental. Each dimension is equally vital in the pursuit of optimum health.

The Office of Campus Recreation offers a variety of programs to promote all-around wellness:


Wellness Workshops

Learn simple tips for a healthier lifestyle with a tailored Wellness Workshop! A member of our team will come to your department to deliver a fun, interactive session with your group. Learn more about our services, the basics of fitness and wellness, and stress management through a 30-minute or 1-hour workshop (additional subject matters and activities are available upon request).
