When: Sunday, February 9th from 8am-3pm

Where: Lerner Health and Wellness Center, 2301 G Street NW

Hosts & Partners: Lerner Health and Wellness Center, Office of Military and Veteran Student Services 

Event Info: Participate in the powerlifting competition which will include three attempts each for squat, bench, and deadlift. Lifters will be divided by USAPL standard weight classes. First, second, and third place by weight class will be recognized.

*Registration cost is $25 and comes with a t-shirt!

Who can participate?: Anyone! Whether you are an experienced powerlifter or a newbie come out and show everyone what you've got for a great cause!
