Special Event Rules

  1. All events and space rentals must be approved through the Assistant Director of Scheduling and Special Events.
  2. Any large group gathered in a specific space performing non-scheduled activities will be asked to disband.
  3. Groups wanting to utilize space for a non-scheduled recreational activity must be done through a formal space request.
  4. All requests must be submitted at least three weeks ahead of Event date.
  5. Events will not be permitted until they are confirmed by the Assistant Director of Scheduling and Special Events.
