Cardio/Strength Classes

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre (or equivalent) and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai.  Supported by driving music and powerful instructors, you strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

With this original barbell class, you will strengthen and challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!  Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. *All BODYPUMP™ classes are 60 minutes unless specified as a BODYPUMP Express™, which will be 45 minutes.


A Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music.

Core & Glutes is focused on engaging and strengthening your abdominals, glutes, obliques and hamstrings. Slightly longer than the core training class, Core & Glutes will combine HIIT series with endurance-based sets to generate stability in the core region. No equipment is necessary for this class except a mat for comfort.

An intense cardio class performed on stationary bikes that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences. Participants can adjust their own resistance and pedaling rate so that beginners and regular cyclists are challenged in the same class.  *All Cycle classes are 60 minutes unless specified as Cycle 45 or Cycle 50.

This class will be an intense 45 minute cycle class followed by 15 minutes of a full-body light weight exercises choreographed to music. A great way to get both your cardio and strength goals accomplished!

These classes strengthen your core using a variety of different tactics from light weights to choreographed exercises to music. This class encompasses not only your abdominal muscles but your glutes and obliques as well. 

This class focuses on short duration, high intensity intervals paired with periods of lower intensity intervals for active recovery. This form of exercise can train the body to be more efficient. Expect to build endurance and lean muscle in this powerhouse of a fitness class.

During BodyFlow, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Grit is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. Grit takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Start your day off right with strength-based exercises to build muscle. This class will be a mix of circuit training and HIIT focused on proper form and progressions. If you feel nervous about how to start strength training, this is a great place to start!! This class does not require weights to participate, however having some weighted object would be ideal (heavy book, water jug, etc.)

A cardio/sculpt class that works all the major muscle groups with high repetitions using smaller weights. All the routines are choreographed to the music for a fun class where your muscles will burn!

A wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music.

Join the Latin dance sensation with this fusion of Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha, Reggaeton, and Belly Dancing moves. Set to Latin, International, and Hip-Hop  music, Zumba® creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Mind/Body Classes

Similar to our regular Vinyasa Yoga offering, this slower paced flow class moves with the breath, however you can expect slower movements and longer, deeper stretches.

Did you know that the physical practice of yoga is just one of the eight limbs or tenets of yoga? The Living Yoga course will provide you with a foundation in the eight limbs of yoga and related yoga theory, with the objective of helping you design and approach your wellness goals from a more comprehensive perspective. You will receive resources and optional reflection exercises to complete before each class, and then during our Tuesday night sessions there will be opportunities for meditation, discussion about yoga theory, goal setting, and other writing exercises to help you better integrate yoga theory and wellness practices into your daily routines and lifestyle.  

Created by PT and yogi Lara Heimann, the LYT method re-envisions Vinyasa yoga to maximize movement function in modern life. LYT classes are designed to encourage optimal communication between the brain and the body. An emphasis on core engagement and full body integration produces physical length through sustainable strength and reinforces movement habits that support health through all phases of life.

Pilates is a low impact workout based on matching core exercises to breath. You will challenge your core and glutes with stability and mobility exercises aimed at improving posture and reducing lower back pain.

A fast-paced Vinyasa class designed to challenge the body through fluid flow that incorporates strength, flexibility, and breath. This is an advanced class, so get ready to sweat!

A classic fluid flow that links movement with breath.  Known for its dynamic and creative sequences, this is great moderate level yoga class.

This is a slower-paced class that consists of a series of long-held passive poses that focus on the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and spine, among other areas of the body. In this quiet practice, participants hold poses that help create a safe and positive biomechanical stress on the deep layers of fascia in the body, which gently supports joint health and range of motion.
