Mina Roubki

Mina is currently a junior studying psychology at GW. Mina teaches different styles of yoga including, Power, Vinyasa, and Gentle/Relaxation. When she is not teaching she is on her mat practicing with her goal being to continue to connect to her internal world. In Mina's classes students will be challenged both physically and mentally, aiming to improve self love and compassion. Mina hopes to help those who are struggling with body image and self love to learn to appreciate their bodies for what they are and what they have to offer.
