Laura Shapanka

Group Fitness Instructor


Laura is an alum of Georgetown University, where she studied Psychology. She teaches Zumba and asks that you bring your booty (all types welcome) and sense of humor to class- don't worry how your moves look, just sweat and have fun! When she is not teaching, she works in property management. Outside of Zumba, her favorite ways to stay fit include other dance fitness formats, barre, HIIT, and pilates.
